The 360 by Design feedback survey is a tool customized by Milestone Leadership through the Center for Creative Leadership. 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. You will be receiving an email from Benchmark by Design soon with a direct link to begin your 360.

2. This process will take a fair amount of time, so please start asap. If you have not worked at your organization for at least 6 months, please let me know asap as we will adjust the timing of our survey.

3. View the "rater categories" document and follow the instructions in the email to choose your raters. These are the individuals who will be providing you with anonymous feedback. 

4. Use the "rater invitation" document to personally notify your raters of their participation. They will receive an official invitation from CCL.

   • We have found that raters are much quicker to provide feedback if you talk to them about the process in person or over email first.

5. Shayna Gallacher will keep you updated on your progress.
